Garcia Model

This model was templated from an instrument in the collection of John Holm a customer and former dealer for Madsen Guitars.  The example in his collection was of the Flamenco style built of Cypress and Cedar.  It was likely the lightest weight guitar I have ever held.  Built in the early 1960's it featured Ebony pegs and an ultra-light bracing style.  This body shape is suited for both Classical and Flamenco styles.  Shaped just a tad narrower than my Hauser model the body is longer to accommodate 660 and 670 scale lengths for Flamenco styles.
